Kitty has spent a lot of time in South Africa. The family has been visiting the country since 1995. Kitty's sisters, Lady Amelia and Lady Eliza, recently spoke to Tatler about growing up in SA.
They were just five when their aunt, Princess Diana, died.
"'We always just knew her as our aunt. Growing up in South Africa, I really had very little idea of how significant she was in the world until I was much older," Eliza told the publication about her famous aunty.
Amelia is engaged to her UCT sweetheart, Greg Mallett. The couple have been together for 12 years.
Greg popped the question at Clouds Wine & Guest Estate in Stellenbosch last year. Amelia hinted that they would possibly have a wedding in both Cape Town and the Spencer family home, Althorp House.
"It’s our family home, it’s beautiful. We would be very lucky to get married there, but Cape Town is where we grew up and there is a possibility that we might do it here, too," she said.
