The song was released by the MC as a response to being ranked number six on MTV Base's inaugural list of the hottest MCs in South Africa.
Reason was originally ranked number five but was later moved down in a controversial decision that saw his spot taken by Riky Rick.
What makes this even more awkward is that Reason and Ricky have both been affiliated to Tumi Molekane's Motif Records.
Reason expressed his outrage on Twitter, and has questioned the legitimacy of the list and those putting it together.
He also made a killer track where he calls out the nine other ranked MCs and challenges them to all rap on the same song and see who comes out tops. There has been no response to the request yet.
However, Pearl Thusi - who Reason requested must twerk to the song to show that he is a superstar - has decided to play ball in this cute and funny video.
