Nick Cannon welcomes baby #10 - internet slams baby name 'Rise Messiah'
Nick named the newest addition to his family Rise Messiah Cannon but he's not the only celebrity with an oddly named brood.
Another day, another new baby to add to Nick Cannon's list of children. The 41-year-old is now a father of 10 after one of his partners, Brittany Bell, gave birth.
The new addition to the family's name is Rise Messiah. He joins his siblings - Powerful Queen and Golden Sagon - in the Bell-Cannon household.
"Probably the most difficult labor and delivery I have ever witnessed! 48 hours of excruciating pain and life-risking danger to welcome 10 pounds of Love and joy named RISE MESSIAH CANNON," Nick wrote on Instagram.
Nick's fans are no longer shocked when it comes to news about this growing family, but the odd names he selects never ceases to amaze social media users.
"Like, I don't actually care that Nick Cannon is [having] these babies... but Why in GOD'S name [are] their names so weird?" one Twitter user asked.
Another user asked: " RISE MESSIAH??!!! That’s a lot to live up to. What if the kid just wants to be a vet tech or work at Best Buy?"
