Mihlali says quitting alcohol is the best decision she has ever made.
South African influencer Mihlali Ndamase is celebrating her sobriety after quitting alcohol.
The 26-year-old took to her Instagram Stories to tell her two-million followers that she has not touched alcohol in a month.
"I'm celebrating 30 days sober. I did it. I'm at my happiest, peak of my productivity and healthiest alcohol free. I haven't felt this good in months. This has been by far the best decision I've made for my life," she wrote.

But some of the star's followers noted that she was spotted partying at Konka in Soweto several days ago.
Mihlali set the record straight, telling them that she is sharing her sobriety journey to inspire people.
"I shared something to encourage those who would like to take the same route as me, those with an unhealthy relationship with substances who felt like they can't quit. It's either you take something from my story or you ignore it if it doesn't apply to you," TimesLIVE quoted her as saying.
She added that people can have fun without getting drunk.
"Please don't make me regret opening up to you guys. I did it for a month without being policed and I can do it for another month and another. I know why I quit and what impact it's had on my life. I don't need discouraging remarks and yes, I am being sensitive about it because this is something that's very close to my heart.”

Jennifer told Us Weekly in an interview that not drinking is one of the reasons why she is ageing gracefully.
“I don't drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older."
