Kelly Khumalo reveals why she broke up with 'insecure' Chad da Don
Kelly is thankful her relationship with Chad is over because he still had a lot of growing up to do.

That's what Kelly Khumalo had to say about the end of her relationship with her rapper beau, Chad da Don.
Their love story was one of the biggest celebrity romances of 2018.
Their whirlwind romance began on the set of her 'Dance Comigo' video in October that year and got engaged just two months later

The former lovers went as far as getting matching tattoos to celebrate their love. But by January 2019, rumours started to spread that they had called it quits. Chad confirmed the news in an interview one month later.
They got back together shortly after but their fairytale romance ended for good in August 2019.
During an interview on 'Podcast and Chill with MacG', Kelly opened up about what went wrong.
"I would've been stuck with a man who is highly insecure and who needed a lot of growing up to do. Who needed a lot of healing to do, needed a lot of self-love to do, and that was slowing somehow being transferred to me when I have done so much to be the woman that I want.
"The work that I have done, that I continue to do n myself, does not deserve that kind of person," she told MacG.
Kelly added that she was the one who ended the relationship, and revealed what was the final straw for her.
"Being insecure about friends - I have a lot of gay friends - being insecure about my fans. My fans are my life, I am where I am because they support my music... 'no your friends cannot be hugging you, why are they hugging you?'"
