Jennifer Lopez receives icon award at iHeartRadio Music Awards

Congratulations are in order for JLO, who has received the iHeartRadio Music Icon Award.
The awards were held in Los Angeles at the Shrine Auditorium on Tuesday night.
JLO was recognised for the amazing work she has done in the entertainment industry, starting as a dancer to becoming an actor and releasing music that has made her a global superstar.

She has sold over 80-million records and her music has been topping global charts since her debut.
iHeart Radio described her as "a force that empowers, inspires, and entertains".
JLO thanked iHeartRadio for the honour.
"I really do it for you guys, I really do. And because of the love you give me," she said during her acceptance speech.
She added that the love she has been receiving has helped her overcome challenges.
"I can overcome negativity and so can you, every single moment," she said.
"And let me tell you something else - I'm just getting started."
