Janet Jackson was 'verbally abused' during her marriage

Janet Jackson's brother says she was made to feel like a prisoner in her home during her marriage.
Janet Jackson might be keeping quiet about the details of her failed marriage to businessman Wissam Al Mana, but her brother Randy Jackson is doing enough talking for the both of them.
Randy claims the singer was in "quite an abusive" situation during her marriage.
"It came on later in the relationship, verbal abuse and being [made to feel like] a prisoner in her own home. No pregnant woman needs to go through being called a bitch everyday. There were things like that. That’s what she went through," he told PEOPLE magazine.
Janet and Wissam, who got married in 2012, split shortly after she gave birth to their son, Eissa, in January.
“Yes, I separated from my husband... We are in court now and the rest is in God’s hands," she revealed on social media in April.
Wissam described Janet as “the most beautiful person in the world” in a post on his website after their divorce made headlines.
But Randy, who has been pictured at court proceedings with Janet, is not mincing his words when it comes to talking about his sister's divorce.
"There’s a lot of pain. Janet’s been through a lot with her divorce. I’ve been through a lot, we all have... I told her, ‘You’ve got to move in with me or I’m going to go over there and there’s going to be hell.’ She was really pissed off. I told her, ‘I don’t care anymore. I’m tired of it. It’s too much,’ ” he told PEOPLE about the emotional abuse Janet allegedly suffered.
