Hilary Duff publicly shames smoking neighbour
Actress Hilary Duff is fed up about her neighbour and is venting about it on Instagram.
Hilary Duff had a few choice words for her smoking neighbour on social media.
The 'Younger' actress not only informed her 9.2-million followers about her New York neighbour's bad habits but she also mentioned his name.
"Calling all New Yorkers with a*shole neighbors—really open to any advice you have. My neighbor smokes cigarettes and weed all night long. My apartment reeks. Seriously, what do I do?" she asked on her Instagram Stories.

Hilary even went as far as posting a picture of her neighbour she got from his Instagram profile.
"We know your parents pay your rent. We know you've never worked a day in your life—must be nice. Have some respect for your neighbors who work hard to live in that building. Don't be a dick dude—and put your trash down the shoot," she continued.
The 30-year-old took one last dig at her neighbour.
"And another thing... stop breaking all your furniture when you fight with your girlfriend or boyfriend...It scares me and my kid. Therapy is cheaper."
Yikes!
Hilary's neighbour has reportedly hired an attorney to deal with the matter.
We hope she still has some of that 'Lizzie McGuire' money.
