The boy's mother is reportedly suing building management for negligence and carelessness.
The son of 'Low (Apple Bottom Jeans)' rapper, Flo Rida, is recovering from serious injuries after falling from the window of a five-storey apartment building.
According to the Daily Voice, six-year-old Zohar Dillard "suffered a shattered pelvis, left metatarsal fractures, a Grade 3 liver laceration, internal bleeding and collapsed lungs."
The incident occurred earlier this month and Zohar reportedly remains in ICU. His mother, Alexis Adams, is now suing the building's management, accusing them of being negligent and careless.
The windows of their apartment allegedly did not have size guards installed, according to reports.

Alexis told the Daily Voice that her heart is broken. "As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare," she told the publication.
Zohar was previously diagnosed with autism and a rare neurological disorder condition known as hydrocephalus - which affects the brain.
Alexis says it is "devastating" to see her son in pain following his fall. "This could've been avoided."
Flo Rida is reportedly not part of the lawsuit. The 43-year-old rapper has had a rocky co-parenting relationship with Alexis.
In 2018, Alexis took him to court to increase his $8,000 (R144,000) child support payments as she had difficulties taking care of their son and his medical needs.
