Ellen DeGeneres is celebrating her love for her partner, Portia de Rossi, with a beautiful anniversary post.
Their love story broke barriers in Hollywood and inspired many in the LGBTQI+ community.
"It’s our 18-year anniversary today. I fall in love with her more every day. I’m so grateful for her love," Ellen wrote on Instagram and Facebook.
The talk show host shared two recent pictures of the couple in her post.

Ellen and Portia got married in August 2008 - shortly after the Supreme Court struck down a ban on same-sex marriage in California.
They held a private ceremony in the backyard of their Beverly Hills home. Ellen wore a pants suit while Portia looked gorgeous in a Zac Posen gown.
Ellen shared a video collage of some of their moments on 'The Ellen Show' earlier this year to celebrate their 14th wedding anniversary in August.
"I love you, @portiaderossi. Happy 14," she captioned the clip.

What happened to Ellen DeGeneres?
The 64-year-old comedian has been keeping a low profile since announcing the end of 'The Ellen Show'. She hosted the show for 19 years but decided to hang up shortly after she became the centre of toxic workplace claims.
Her last episode aired in May 2022. Portia paid tribute to her wife on the day of her finale.
"To my utterly beautiful, supremely talented, insanely accomplished wife on the day of your final show….I married an icon. I married my idol. I’m so proud of you for making this platform one that not only entertains but inspires and uplifts people. @theellenshow this show will forever be remembered for elevating the world's consciousness. I love you," she wrote.

Five months after calling it quits, Ellen announced a new docu-style comedy series called, 'Time For Yourself… with Ellen'.
"You know, lately I've been taking some time just for myself, away from the cameras. And I've been having such a great time, I thought I would share some of what I've been doing with you," she said in a teaser clip in October.
According to PEOPLE magazine, the eight-episode series follows Ellen as she learns new hobbies such as crochet, bird watching, and making margaritas.
"In the wake of the Great Resignation, she's reconnecting with her audience who may also have more time on their hands, and if not, could certainly use some. In this new series shot at her home, Ellen shares her own attempts to try new things and make a little me time in her own very Ellen way," according to the show Logline.
The short-form web series premiered on Ellen's YouTube channel in October.
