'The Daily Show with Trevor Noah' scoops four NAACP nominations

Halala! Trevor Noah is up for four awards at this year's NAACP awards.
South African comedian Trevor Noah couldn't contain his excitement after finding out 'The Daily Show' has been nominated for four NAACP Image awards.
His show has been recognised in the 'Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series', 'Outstanding Talk Series' and 'Outstanding Variety Show' categories.
The 34-year-old is also nominated for 'Outstanding Host in a Talk Show/Series'.
"That excitement after finding out we've been nominated for 4 NAACP awards... Thank you so much to everyone who's been a part of this journey," he tweeted.

It's not the first time Trevor has been recognised.
His debut book, 'Born A Crime', won two trophies at the 48th NAACP awards in 2017.
Trevor also won 'Best Host' at the MTV Movie & TV Awards - beating Ellen DeGeneres and RuPaul.
'Black Panther' is leading this year's NAACP nominations with a total of 13 nods.
The prestigious awards show is set to take place on March 30.
