Courteney Cox’s cosmetic surgery regret
Updated | By Poelano Malema
Women often feel pressurised into conforming to society’s definition of ‘beauty’.
There are so many anti-aging and slimming products on the market - all in the name of getting the ‘perfect’ look.
But the pressure is even worse for celebrities. Over the years, the likes of Heidi Montag and our very own Mshoza and Khanyi Mbau have had multiple surgeries to try ‘perfect’ themselves, but for some, trying to fight aging has come with a lot of regret.
Actress Courteney Cox spoke to Running Wild With Bear Grylls about her regrets over surgery. " Getting older, I don't think that's the easiest thing. But I have learned lessons. I think I was trying to keep up with getting older and trying to chase that. It's something you can't keep up with," the star said in the interview.
"Sometimes you find yourself trying, and then you look at a picture of yourself and you go, 'Oh god, I look horrible,”. I have done things that I regret, and luckily there are things that dissolve and go away. So that's good because it's not always been my best look,” she added.
Below is the rest of the interview…
