Chrissy Teigen is not afraid to give her millions of Instagram followers a glimpse of what the days after labour really look like.
Many celebrities are known to walk out the hospital wearing a full-face of make-up and looking like they just sneezed out their baby with little effort, à la the Duchess of Cambridge.
But Chrissy is not afraid to show the less-glamourous side of motherhood.
She took to Instagram to share a picture of herself holding her four-day-old baby, Miles.

Chrissy is seen wearing medical mesh underwear in the snap. She is also make-up free and has her hair up in a messy bun - and not the kind celebrities get at the salon.
"This is what real moms look like after birth....thank you for not photoshopping and giving the real reality of motherhood...congratulations!!!" one of her 17.5-million followers commented.
Chrissy and her husband John Legend have both shared a picture of the new addition to their family.
"Hello, world! This is Miles Theodore Stephens - We are drowning in his little peeps and nuzzles. Our household feels overwhelmed with love. Thank you for all your well wishes!" Chrissy wrote on Instagram.
