Chad da Don on Kelly Khumalo split: 'There are no bad vibes'

Rapper Chad da Don has confirmed he is no longer dating Kelly Khumalo.
Kelly Khumalo and Chad da Don shocked their fans with their whirlwind romance in late 2018.
Less than three months after meeting on the set of Kelly's music video 'Dance Comigo', the pair revealed they were engaged.
Many thought their relationship was a PR stunt but their matching "engagement" tattoos proved otherwise.
The ink had barely dried on their new tattoos when rumours started to swirl they had called it quits. Fans noticed that they had deleted almost all of their loved-up pictures on Instagram.

After weeks of remaining silent on the matter, Chad if finally speaking out. Speaking to Drum magazine, the rapper confirmed they were no longer an item.
“We split up but there are no bad vibes. Her husband-to-be is out there somewhere and I will also find my wife one day," he told the publication.
While Chad did not reveal the exact reason for their break-up, he did hint that their "different beliefs" could have been a contributing factor.
"I’ve always had time for my spirituality and religion. That’s what brought Kelly and me together and that’s also what separated us. We’re just different people with different beliefs."
So what will Chad be doing about his very permanent tattoo of Kelly's initials? He says he might merge it into a bible verse. Kelly, meanwhile, is yet to comment about the split.
