Cassper Nyovest reflects on his weight loss journey - 'I can't explain how proud I am'

Cassper Nyovest is showing off his weight loss. The 'Tito Mboweni' hitmaker upped his fitness game over the past year and his hard work is paying off. 

The rapper took to Instagram to show off his amazing results. Cassper's weight has been up and down over the years, and this is the third time he has had a major body transformation. 

"I can't explain how proud I am of myself. This was by far the hardest weight loss journey for me cause I have done this three times now and I now knew exactly what it would take for me to get back in shape," he captioned a before and after picture. 

The 31-year-old says he felt unmotivated at one point as he didn't think he was mentally fit to embark on another weight loss journey. 

"It's supposed to get easier by the day but it got harder and harder. I just kept waking up and going. Lost touch with a lot of relationships and people cause I just zoned into this goal I have and I had no time for anyone but myself," he revealed.  

The rapper achieved his fitness goals and says he is proud of himself. 

"Looking at these pictures now I'm in awe of myself. I owe it to myself never to let myself go like that again. Big, big shout out to my training and nutrition team."

Cassper is gearing up for his next celebrity boxing match. He has been spending a lot more time in the gym training for his big fight. 

Cassper will be taking on actor NaakMusiQ in the Celebrity Boxing Exhibition taking place next month. 

"April 9th is my main focus right now. Everything else is for the birds. Unless you wanna come see me in the ring, then I can give you my attention and a date. Too focused!!!!" he wrote on Twitter.
