Baby #8! Nick Cannon is expecting ANOTHER child!
Updated | By Entertainment Reporter
And "the next mother" is...
Father Abraham had many sons and so does Nick Cannon. The actor has announced that he is expecting his eighth child with model Bre Tiesi.
The couple revealed they are expecting a baby boy. Nick shared the baby news on his TV show after pictures from their gender reveal party were leaked to the press.
"I never usually use my own personal pictures as 'Pic of the Day', but today I have to do it because I want to share this beautiful, extraordinary moment... Me and Bre, the next mother, of our child. It’s a boy, we found out officially yesterday," he said on Monday.
The news came as a surprise to Nick's fans. He revealed in December last year that his son Zen - whom he shared with model Alyssa Scott - tragically passed away. The five-month-old had brain cancer.
Nick revealed that he knew about Bre's pregnancy before his son's passing.
"So even going through all of that, this was always in the back of my mind, like, 'Wheb is the right time? How do I share this?' We didn't expect Zen to pass away ... All of the news was so unexpected."

Nick has four other baby mamas, including Mariah Carey. The 41-year-old shares 10-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, with the singer.
Nick came under fire in 2021 when it was revealed that he had four children in six months from three different women.

"He [is] starting to scare me, every minute it’s a new kid, not relationship... just baby shower/ photoshoot..no way he can properly father all of these kids just creating more broken homes smh," one woman wrote on Instagram.
A Twitter user commented: "I know Nick Cannon is more than capable of financially supporting the kids he keeps having but it still feels irresponsible. I don’t know man…"

Nick says he is well aware of what people have to say about him having so many children.
"As much as I try to ignore the negative... I'm not impervious to hearing and reading what people say about me. It definitely affects me because I'm a human being....
"It's hard sometimes because I hear people say they think I'm crazy or something is wrong with me. Or even more so when they say I am careless, irresponsible, and selfish."
Some social media users believe Nick is going through mental health issues and deserves love not hate.
"Praying for Nick Cannon to get help for his mental health issues. People out here joking but after what happened to Cheslie we really should take a harder look at people who act out of character," one Twitter user commented.
