More details have emerged about the 2016 plane ride that led to abuse claims against actor Brad Pitt.
'Eternals' actress Angelina Jolie has filed court papers against her ex-partner, Brad Pitt, which shed some light on the 2016 plane ride that ultimately ended their marriage.
The 47-year-old accused Brad of abuse after the incident, and new details have emerged about what allegedly happened during the family trip.
According to Vanity Fair, Angelina shared the details in new court papers related to the legal battle over the Château Miraval winery they once owned together.
Brad is suing Angelina for selling her stake in the French winery despite previously agreeing not to sell without both of their consent as they owned a controlling interest in the company.
"She sold her interest with the knowledge and intention that Shefler and his affiliates would seek to control the business to which Pitt had devoted himself and to undermine Pitt's investment in Miraval," the lawsuit claimed, according to the BBC.
Angelina is hitting backing in her countersuit. She denied that they had a sales agreement. The Oscar winner says she sold her shares to gain “financial independence” from her ex. Angelina stated that she also wanted "closure to this deeply painful and traumatic chapter ".

Angelina went on to say that the 58-year-old 'World War Z' actor physically abused them during the plane ride.
"Pitt grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her, and then grabbed her shoulders and shook her again before pushing her into the bathroom wall. Pitt then punched the ceiling of the plane numerous times, prompting Jolie to leave the bathroom," her filing reveals.
Her filing also states that Brad allegedly choked one child and struck another in the face. She claims that he also poured alcohol on her and the kids.
Brad and Angelina have six kids together - Maddox (21), Pax (18), Zahara (17), Shiloh (16) and twins Vivienne and Max (14).

Brad has denied Angelina's abuse claims. His rep told CNN that the allegations are “completely untrue".
“(Jolie’s) story continues to evolve each time she tells it with new, unsubstantiated claims. Brad has accepted responsibility for what he did but will not for things he didn’t do. These new allegations are completely untrue," the rep said.
The FBI did not charge Brad after the plane incident. "The FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation," the law enforcement agency told CNN in 2016.
