Angelina Jolie honoured to have her daughter Zahara going to Spelman College

It's official: Zahara Jolie-Pitt is now a college student.
Angelina Jolie is a proud mother after she sent her daughter, Zahara, to college.
Jolie adopted the Ethiopian-born Zahara in 2005 when she was just six months old.
She shared the exciting news of her daughter going to college on her Instagram on Monday.
The proud mother said her 17-year-old will be continuing with her studies at one of the most popular and esteemed historically Black colleges, Spelman.

The college is situated in Atlanta, Georgia and prides itself as being a global leader in the education of women of African descent.
Angelina shared a photo of Zahara alongside some of the students.
"Zahara with her Spelman sisters! Congratulations to all new students starting this year," she wrote on Instagram.
She added how special it was for one of her family members to attend the college.
"A very special place and an honor to have a family member as a new Spelman girl".
Zahara is the second child of Angelina to attend college. Her son, Maddox, left home to study biochemistry at Yonsei University in South Korea in 2019.
