AKA is parting ways with his company,
Beam Group.
It's the end of the road for AKA's company, Beam Group. The rapper has revealed that the company will soon be closing its doors after things didn't go as he hoped they would.
AKA also revealed that the company will no longer be representing him.
"Unfortunately I also have to announce that Beam Group now no longer represents or manages me in ANY capacity. While I remain the owner of the company, I’m actually in the process of shutting it down," he tweeted.
The 'Fela in Versace' hitmaker added that the business venture is "not working out".
"We started the company with the best of intentions, unfortunately it’s just not working out for me the way I wanted it to ... so I’m taking my ball and going to play elsewhere."

AKA ended his business relationship with his management company and record label, Vth Season, last year and announced his new company would take over.
He revealed at the time that he would be releasing all his new music under Beam Group. Even then he hinted that starting his own business was not easy.
"The process of establishing BEAM from scratch has not been easy, but has been liberating as I have a great business team to lean on. Thus BEAM's focus is not just music, as my ultimate aim is to be a multi-investor, with success in different industries," he said in a statement.
The rapper is yet to reveal which company will now represent his music interests.
