The 80s are coming back! One of Kate Bush’s iconic songs got a major boost on the charts after featuring in the new season of 'Stranger Things'.
English singer Kate Bush's hit song, 'Running Up The Hill (A Deal With God)', is making music waves more than 30 years after it was released.
The 1985 track features in an episode of the new season of Netflix's 'Stranger Things'. It can be heard when Max Mayfield (who is played by Sadie Sink) plays it through her Walkman.
Season four of 'Stranger Things' premiered on Friday, May 27. The 63-year-old's single reached the number one spot on iTunes and number two on Spotify.
'Running Up The Hill' is also expected to make an appearance on the Billboard charts next week after a big surge in streams.
According to Billboard, data collected by Spotify showed an 8.7% increase in global streams and 9.9% for U.S. streams.

'Running Up The Hill' is the lead single from Kate's studio album, 'House of Love'. The single also got a revival in 2012. It was played during the closing ceremony of the London Olympic Games.
The song soared to number six on the UK charts. Spotify's global head of music, Jeremy Erlich, told Billboard that the track is "one of those ‘perfect storm’ examples".
"It’s incredible to watch iconic songs get rediscovered and have global moments with new listeners,” he said.
Social media users can't enough of the tune.
"This song is stuck in my head, I cried during that max scene," a YouTuber commented on the song's video.
An Instagram user wrote: "The 80's are coming back and I'm very ready for it. Thank you Kate." Some even apologised for only discovering the song now.
"I'm sorry for not knowing who you were for the 16 years of my life. I was uncultured," an Instagram user named Camille commented.
