Selena Gomez accused of lip syncing her AMAs performance

Viewers have slammed Selena Gomez's not-so-live American Music Awards performance.
Selena Gomez created major buzz at the American Music Awards (AMAs) in Los Angeles on Sunday night, and not just because she debuted a hot new blonde hairstyle.
The 25-year-old's appearance was one of the night's most anticipated performances as it was her first live stage performance since undergoing a kidney transplant earlier this year.
Dressed in a sexy slip dress, Selena belted out her hit single, 'Wolves' featuring Marshmello, which is currently at number 30 on the Coca-Cola top 40.
Despite impressing her fans with a rehearsal of 'Wolves' on Instagram Live days before the awards ceremony, it appears the singer opted to lip sync her performance on the night.
While viewers loved her new hairstyle and stage setup, they were not feeling her not-so-live singing.
Wait wait wait... okay y’all not trying to bash on anyone’s performance but was that a lip sync slip up or like some really loud back up vocals in Selena Gomez ‘s performance likeeeee.... genuinely asking #AMAs #2017 pic.twitter.com/OGecTI3s0q

But Selena seemed pretty pleased with her performance.
No, thank you @selenagomez for that incredible performance 😍 #SELENAxAMAs #AMAs pic.twitter.com/tVSMetvX52

It's still unclear whether Selena lip synced her entire performance or just the chorus, as many performers do.
We doubt Selena cares too much, though. Her music continues to soar up the chart. She has another hit, 'Bad Liars', on the Coca-Cola Top 40, and she is madly in-love with her on-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber, who reportedly snuck backstage to support her during the show.
