Noel Gallagher disses Harry Styles' solo music

Ouch! Noel Gallagher thinks his cat can write better music than Harry Styles in 10 minutes!
Harry Styles' single, 'Sign of the Time', has been a big chart topper around the world, but one music legend is less than impressed with the offering.
Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher says his cat could have written the song in 10-minutes.
Ouch!
"People of my age have let themselves go, they’re fat, balding idiots with fading tattoos. They sit in their garage and write shite like ‘Sign of the Times’ for Harry Styles. Which, quite frankly, my cat could have written in about 10 minutes!" Noel told Absolute Radio.
Despite his reservations about the song, Noel says his wife is a big fan.
“I don’t mind the song, my wife was falling over herself, ‘Have you heard Harry Styles’ new song? It’s like Prince’, I was like, ‘Without even hearing it, I can assure you it’s not like Prince!”
We doubt Harry cares too much about Noel and his cat. 'Sign of the Times' is number two on the Coca-Cola Top 40, and features in the top 20 of several music charts around the world.
Meanwhile, Noel has defended Simon Cowell, the man who helped create Harry's popular group, One Direction.
Noel dismissed claims by some critics that Simon and the 'X-Factor' ruined music.
"Nobody’s forced to buy this music, and because there’s nobody like The Verve or Oasis, or that kind of thing anymore, or Britpop or anything like that: that’s Simon Cowell’s fault. It’s like the X Factor is a TV show it’s got nothing to do with music whatsoever. Anything that’s come from X Factor, that’s got nothing to do with music. You’re not telling me Harry Styles is currently sat in a room somewhere writing a song, with any joy he’ll be surrounded by a lot of 17 year old girls,” he told the radio.
