The 2022 Super Bowl halftime show brought out hip-hop and R&B royalty. The annual American football playoff championship draws huge crowds and online audiences.

The halftime show is one of the biggest highlights of the championship. Rapper Dr Dre led this year's halftime show with some help from his industry friends.

Snoop Dogg and Eminem joined the 56-year-old on stage to perform hits such as 'The Next Hit' and 'California Love'. Eminem caused a stir when he took a knee at the end of his 'Lose Yourself' performance, despite claims that the NFL asked people not to do so.

50 Cent also made a surprise appearance before R&B superstar Mary J Blige took to the stage.

Other stars that performed at the Super Bowl include Kendrick Lamar, Jhené Aiko, and Mickey Guyton, who sang the national anthem.
