When to take your child to a doctor: expert advice
Updated | By Di Macpherson
We're in lockdown, and so you want to avoid going to a doctor if you can absolutely help it. So at what point do you take your child to see a doctor if they're sick?

What are the tell-tale signs you need to take your child to see a doctor? What are the red flags that you must not ignore? Experienced nurse and childcare expert, Sister Jenni Johnson explains in her Jenni's Baby Clinic podcast below...
Jenni's Baby Clinic was launched by East Coast Radio over lockdown as a resource to help expectant moms or new parents during this 'new normal' - where nothing is as we were expecting!
Jenni believes every new mother needs a person - and with months ahead of possible isolation restrictions and financial constraints on many, it may not be possible for everyone to get the advice they need.
Jenni's a Registered Nurse and Childcare Practitioner and has run her own clinic in Durban for the last 20 years.
