Newsflash: Puppies need a yoga day as well!
Humans aren't the only beings that get overwhelmed and restless.
You'll be surprised to know that animals also go through mental health issues and exhaustion, including your little puppy. When this happens, your puppy may start coming across as distanced with some behavioural changes.
It is very important to try by all means to help your puppy through this period, as they may sometimes get extremely overwhelmed by their surroundings due to the confusion of not knowing how to deal with this.

Your puppy may even not feel excited to play anymore or start to get aggressive when interacting with you due to the feelings of irritation.
Luckily, it is quite easy to spot an unhappy pup because they are not as energetic.
Also, this puppy yoga session could also assist in relaxing your adorable puppy and also strengthen the strong bond.
