Getting to know Dave Guselli better
Dave Guselli joined the East Coast Gold team in November in the weekday 5-9pm show. In this Q & A, Dave talks about his childhood, his love for football and his favourite spot on earth.
1. Where were you born?
I was born in Old Trafford, Manchester.
2. What do you love about radio as a medium?
I love the connection on a one-to-one basis and the ability to make someone smile.
3. Where do you listen to East Coast Gold?
On my laptop.
4. Who has influenced you the most in your life?
A Stage 4 colon cancer patient Byron McDonald.
5. If you were a musician, who would you most like to collaborate with?
George Benson.
6. When you were little, what did you want to be?
A professional footballer.
7. What motivates you to get up every morning?
My first cup of Nescafe!
8. If you had to be on a reality TV show, which one would you choose?
Big Brother House.
9. If you could live anywhere in the world for a year, where would it be?

Old Trafford, Manchester.
11. Toilet paper, over or under?
Over of course!
12. Were your parents strict?
My father is Italian so very much so, but not my mum.
13. What do you most like about getting older?
Absolutely nothing, I am in complete denial, I am nowhere near my age.
14. What book are you currently reading?
Truth is I'm not a great reader. I find it hard to sit and concentrate!
15. Who are your all-time favourite music artists?
George Benson, Al Green and Earth, Wind and Fire.
16. Who are your top three real-life heroes?
My son is the best person on the planet.
