The Minister clearly doesn't like tattoos!
Police Minister Bheki Cele has once again grabbed the headlines.
Cele was giving an address at the site of the devastating tavern shooting in Soweto. The incident was one of three shootings that transpired over the past weekend.

While the public are still demanding answers for these crimes, the Minister, in typical fashion, spun some controversy when he appeared in front of the public and media saying these words:

The video of him speaking isiZulu went viral. His words translate to: "People with tattoos have a tendency to become gangsters."

The Minister is under heavy pressure due to the shootings, while his latest address comes after his outburst aimed at Action Society director of community safety Ian Cameron in Cape Town last week.
