The woman in the video changes gears, lowers the hand brake, repeats the sequence several times, but fails to move forward.
It is funny how the instructor gets fed up and reminds her to turn on the engine.

In other motoring news, a couple of months ago we reported about new technology installed to catch motorists who are moving at high speed on the roads.
According to Gauteng Traffic Police, there has been an increase in speed related arrests, so the Moving Violation Recorders (MVR) device will be used to help curb this problem.
This new technology is being used on regional and residential roads as a way of tracking speeding drivers.
