This bear was in the mood for something sweet...
A birthday party took a turn when an unexpected visitor arrived to eat the cupcakes.
According to Insider, a black bear came from the nearby woods and took a seat at the birthday table where he began devouring several cupcakes.

The parents captured the whole moment on video and instantly went viral across social media platforms.
Clearly this bear was in the mood for something sweet.

The video of the whole thing shows the bear licking its lips after each cupcake.

According to Laura Majidian, who was one of the parents at the party, she was worried for the safety of the kids.
"A little scared, I'm a little freaked out, but everyone is safe," said Laura.
Some guests did manage to hide in the garage while others went towards their cars where they tried to hoot at the animal.

This was in an attempt to send him running back to the woods.
This didn't work as the black bear continued to eat the treats on offer.
