'Executive watches lewd video with employees present'

Microsoft executive Alex Kipman is in hot water with the company after sources confirmed he got away with doing inappropriate things to employees at Microsoft.
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has indeed promised to end the organisation's tolerance for employees who are talented but end up becoming toxic towards the company.
Current and former employees are saying Kipman allegedly got away with inappropriate behaviour toward women employees.

The incident in question took place when Kipman allegedly watched a lewd Virtual Reality (VR) video in his office in front of the employees. This was according to an employee who was present.

The video was described as offensive and something that shouldn't be played or aired within the work place.
Microsoft has since declined to confirm or deny any of the specific allegations. However, they did all but confirm that it will investigate every reported claim.
