With just 275 days left until the Rugby World Cup kicks off in 2023, some teams have decided to make big changes to their coaching staff.
The Rugby World Cup 2023 is fast approaching, however, many teams have been making some progress to ensure they come out successful.
We all know that in sports when your team does well, the players get the praise, but when things aren't going well, then the coach comes into the firing line.

On Monday, 5 December, Wales Rugby Union announced they had dismissed their coach Wayne Pivac after a set of woeful results had ruined the team's momentum and forced the union to give him the boot.
Less than 24 hours later, England also decided to pull the plug on Eddie Jones as their head coach.
As we draw closer to 2023, sports journalist and ECR Breakfast presenter Sky Tshabalala gave his thoughts on international coaches getting the boot.

Sports coaches have it tough.
In South Africa, not long ago, the Sharks' official website announced that they had parted ways with their head coach, Sean Everitt.

This was due to inconsistent results.
This was in the wake of the humiliating 35-0 loss to Cardiff.

With regards to Eddie Jones, the veteran Australian boss has paid the price for presiding over England's worst year since 2008.
The England team lost six out of 12 Tests, with five wins and a draw.
Steve Borthwick, the former England captain turned director of rugby at Premiership champions Leicester Tigers, is the favourite to succeed Jones full time.
