Lately there seems to be a growing trend where hackers gain access to people's social media accounts.
Yes, we all struggle to keep updating our passwords, but it might just be the difference between getting hacked and a secure account.

We have seen a high rise of people's accounts being hacked.
Hackers use methods such as sending a link via a DM, to sending an email with a dodgy link that gives someone access to all your personal details.
Darren, Keri and Sky wanted to get to the bottom of this as all three members of ECR Breakfast show have had their accounts hacked.
Jan Vermeulen is the Editor at Mybroadband, one of South Africa’s biggest websites.
