Tshwane Municipality have taken matters into their own hands...
The City of Tshwane is on the biggest mission the city has seen in a while.
Their #TshwaneYaTima campaign has been trending all over Twitter as they collect debt from organisations that owe them money.

This is done aggressively, in some instances, but it seems it has worked for them. Take a listen:

And other municipalities are following suit!
The Zululand district municipality says it will shut off the water at one of the late King Goodwill Zwelithini’s palaces due to alleged nonpayment.
