In case you missed out on what happened this past Monday evening, ANC deputy president Paul Mashatile will move into the Union Buildings as successor to David Mabuza, who recently resigned as Ramaphosa’s second-in-command.
In addition, there have been more appointments with the Minister of Electricity post filled by former Tshwane mayor Kgosientsho Ramokgopa.

Seven ministers and nine deputy ministers have officially been sworn in as members of the executive.
When Darren and Sky watched the announcement on Monday, they had a lot to say.
So the Breakfast dudes took their thoughts to air:
The conversation went further as they were seeking more opinions on something that has effectively changed the country.
On Tuesday the 7th of March, the ministers appointed during President Ramaphosa's reshuffle took their oaths of office at Tuynhuys in Cape Town.

With all of this going on, Darren and Sky needed the opinion of someone who is more experienced in this sort of field.
In comes East Coast Radio news editor Marius Van Der Walt. He was on-air with the Breakfast show as they asked all the questions surrounding the new appointments, as well as the new Minister of Electricity.
