Within the statement, ACSA did confirm the parking management system will now offer card and tap payments.
These will be at the pay stations and at the exits, which enable airport users to tap and go.
ACSA is confident that these upgrades will make for a smoother experience at the airport.
"Change will also be issued in notes and coins. While we transition to the new system, the project has been phased to ensure minimal disruption to operations and our airport users," says the ACSA statement.

ACSA has urged passengers and visitors using the parking at the airport to make use of the upstairs parking used for pick up.
When they use this, they will receive 20 minutes of free parking.
Within the statement, ACSA also announced that e-hailing (Uber, Taxify, Bolt and etc) services are available in the multi-story parking, level 0, until 19 August 2022.
