Next level sibling rivalry in the Carey family
Since releasing her 2020 memoir, 'The Meaning of Mariah Carey', the diva has been met with a lawsuit courtesy of her older sister, Alison Carey. Are mummies smooth talkers?
Sixteen burial shafts have been discovered by archaeologists at the Taposiris Magna Temple, near Alexandria, Egypt. Within these burial chambers, they have found multiple mummies that date back to almost two millennia ago (which means these mummies are around 2000 years old!). Many of them were wearing death masks, as seen below, while one of the mummies seems to have had a golden tongue.
Apparently, this isn't as weird as it seems, as the embalmers would give these the dead golden tongues so they would be able to converse with the gods in the afterlife.

Walk of fame turns to walk of shame
A Los Angeles influencer has been arrested after she was caught altering the iconic Hollywood sign. Julia Rose said that she had changed the sign in protest against Instagram censorship. The social media star has frequently received warnings on the app stating that her content would be removed for being too racy.
In the end, Rose and five others were arrested for trespassing and for changing the 'W' to a 'B' while also inserting a dash into the 'D', changing it to another 'B'.
The Los Angeles Police Department has also taken to Twitter (see below) to explain why something that might not seem like a big deal, really is.
You can watch the video of Rose and her companions altering the sign below:

A few hours ago, a group attempted to vandalize the Hollywood sign. Los Angeles landmarks are precious to those of us @LAPDHollywood and this was way uncool (not to mention the terrain is quite steep & dangerous). Hollywood patrol officers have arrested all six individuals.

This is also not the first, or probably the last, time the famous landmark has been altered...
Today's alteration of the Hollywood sign to read "Hollyboob" is a reminder it has been given unauthorized makeovers many times over the years — including to "Hollyweed," "Perotwood" and, uh, "Caltech." https://t.co/QHOzuzIJeF pic.twitter.com/7k2mbbPGmi

SpaceX investigation launched
The SpaceX Starship SN9 recently crashed and exploded after a failed landing. The rocket was one of the company's earliest attempts at creating transportation for humans traveling to Mars. An official investigation has now been launched and the Federal Aviation Administration said it will be supervising the process. They had initially forced SpaceX into delaying the launch of this rocket after the FAA had been investigating a previous explosion of a very similar rocket.
