Solange directs 'underwhelming' SZA video
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
Social media users have slammed Solange for messing up SZA's 'The Weekend' video.
SZA's fans are begging her to redo the video for her hit single, 'The Weekend' - claiming the one directed by Solange Knowles does not do the song justice.
The Solange-directed video made its debut several days ago, and many SZA fans gave the "underwhelming" video poor reviews.
They slammed the video's aesthetic, saying it does not complement the lyrics of the "side chick anthem".

Some accused Solange of directing a video that was more suitable for her own music.
"Waiting for SZA and Solange to say just kidding!" one YouTube user commented.
Another added: "Solange straight sabotaged this s**t."

The problem with the weekend video is solange directed it for solange's taste and image. Not sza's. It also doesn't coincide with the song. Boo
