YouTuber almost misses flight over her passport photo

She warns people, saying that this is a perfect reason why you should not take 'hot' passport photos.
Getting your passport can sometimes be a tedious process with all the crossing of the Ts and dotting of the Is.
But it is something that is necessary if you wish to travel. And with each country, the regulations surrounding your application are different.
For instance, in South Africa, you should not smile in your passport photo, and it needs to be a specific size.
An American influencer by the name of Alisha Marie shared a video recently whilst at the airport.
She shared a travel fail that involved the photo inside her passport.
Red faced with shock, she tells a friend or the person videoing her that she almost missed her flight over her passport photo.

For the most part, many people related to her story, saying the same thing had happened to them.
Others admitted that their passport photos were horrible but security never questioned them, not knowing if this was insulting.
One person commented bringing up our point, saying: "idk (I don't know) how y'all getting away with that because where I'm from they are so strict about passport photos like your hair CANNOT cover your face/eyebrows." (TikTok)
