How often do we make New Year's Resolutions and then never stick to them? So this year we wanted to encourage you to turn the resolution into a habit. Because experts have said that habits are more about a lifestyle change than ticking off a goal. 

Today is National Bubble Bath Day, so it is the perfect way to start off a new tradition or habit that will help you take time out for you. Because you deserve it...

We have three reasons why you should take a bubble bath today. Up at number one is the simple reason that if people could come together and mark this day as a special day dedicated to taking a bubble bath, then the least you could do is celebrate it.

Did you know that bubble baths are extremely relaxing. The thing is, it's not just relaxing for your mind, but also for your body.

So you see it helps avoid any illness in advance, which allows us to firmly say that relaxing in a bubble bath is definitely good for your health. If you are going to say that you don't have time, then ask yourself the question, when will you ever have time for you?

The the last reason you should take a bubble bath is: it's good for your mind. Taking time to relax your body, rejuvenates your mental state of mind. You take time to breathe in the aromas, clear your busy mind, and just appreciate the moment.
