A pig that had one too many drinks starts a fight with a cow

It seems some animals cannot handle their liquor...
We are of the view that alcohol isn't always the answer to your problems.
As much as it is a great way of relaxing, it can be dangerous to overindulge.
What started off as a funny story ended in tragedy at a camp in Western Australia.
The story sounded unreal - kind of like the cow jumping over the moon - but occurred in the DeGray River rest area, located just east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region.
The incident was reported a decade ago and is definitely a throwback story for us.
"A feral pig ransacked a campsite and drank at least 18 cans of beer before getting into an altercation with a cow in Australia." (Nature World News)
This isn't something you hear about often and does sound like something of a bizarre story that someone who was overly intoxicated thought up whilst enjoying the riverside.
Definitely a folk story that gives everyone a slight giggle. The feral pig was witnessed stealing several six-packs of beer and consuming it over a few days.
"Fionna Findley, from the government highway division Main Roads, told ABC that the people camping overnight at the rest area said that "the pig stole their beers, drank them and then afterwards proceeded to tear apart the bin liners." (Nature World News)
We guess then, that the pig could be compared to the monkeys in South Africa. Because they will consume anything they get their hands on that is edible or not.

The pig was last seen lying beneath a tree, potentially nursing a hangover.
In the remote regions of Western Australia, feral pigs are seen as an invasive pest because of the diseases they carry, which can infect livestock, The Guardian reported. (Nature World News)
Another publication reported that the pig actually met his fate when he was hit by a car. We are unsure if this was in fact the same pig.
