Five things that Vic Naidoo learnt about himself in 2022

"I can be patient with myself. Honouring yourself is so important..."
We think about how fast time actually passes only when we reach December and realise that it's almost year end.
One of the things that comes to the surface every year end is reflecting on lessons you have learnt about yourself.
Hitting goals you have wanted to reach, learning more about your wants and needs, your behaviour, and self-improvement is all part of the agenda.
Therefore, it only makes sense to reflect on what you have learnt over the year. Not just as a way to continuously grow as an individual, but also as a way of setting new goals, realigning your life purpose.
Vic Naidoo shared some great insight into what he has learnt about himself this year.
One of the first things he says he has learnt about himself is his strength and resilience.
I've learnt that this year I am very resilient and that I can go through anything, and I always come out fine and stronger. I learnt that I am really strong and can literally overcome anything. I also learnt that even when I procrastinate it's okay, I can be patient with myself because I will eventually get to what it is I've got to do. Sometimes procrastinating and taking time for myself is a form of self-love.- Vic Naidoo
He also shared that he noticed that when he stands his ground and is confident in himself, it is somehow reciprocated by those around him. Almost as if that confidence attracts the same energy from others.
Honouring yourself is so important and he admits that although the road was long, he has finally learnt his value.
One of the greatest things he said was that he has learnt not to take himself so seriously and not to take life so seriously. Life is so short and so many people have lost loved ones this year.

Living more in the present is so integral, not to mention the power of manifestation.
Choosing what happens and how it happens is literally in your hands.
My mind is my greatest tool; my thoughts are my most powerful thing. I can choose to go through this life thinking negative things and bad things, or I can choose to think that everything is going to work out. It's better to have a positive outlook than to be pessimistic.- Vic Naidoo
