Updated | By East Coast Radio
A man has decided to celebrate the anniversary of a pothole in a very creative way!
Listen to the topic of celebrating strange things, or read below:
No matter which part of the world you live in, potholes are something that can't be avoided.
Summit Engineer reports that potholes are caused by "the expansion and contraction of ground water after the water has entered into the ground under the pavement." They usually come in all shapes and sizes and if you're a driver on a damaged road, you'll find yourself weaving in and out trying to avoid them as much as possible.

Frank Sereno from Kansas City, USA was fed up with the pothole that formed on his street. He complained about it to city officials, but no one listened to him, so he decided to celebrate the pothole with a three-month birthday cake.
He went to his local grocery store and got himself a cute piece of cake with a candle which had the number '3' on it.
Sereno went on to post the photos to his local Facebook group, and he had everyone in stitches with his actions. Thankfully, his message was heard loud and clear - the pothole was repaired shortly after the 'birthday party' earlier this month.
