Lunchtime nap classes gain popularity in Sydney
Updated | By Jane Linley-Thomas
There’s actually a class which gives you the opportunity to recharge during your hectic work schedule.

Isn't it funny that as a kid I can remember gnashing my teeth trying to get out of an afternoon sleep and now that I'm a grown up I'd love nothing more then to have a sneaky midday power nap.
Well The Indigo Project in Sydney are offering napping classes which allow people to take a 'nap' class during their hectic day and recharge their batteries.
When I mention to my kids over the weekends that they should take a nap, my three kids go into a downward spiral like I have asked them to jump into a pot of hot lava.

I can only image how much productivity would improve having a nap scheduled for you during the day. I am also a huge fan of a calm and zen approach to the school day.
Maybe we could incorporate it into our work day here in South Africa. Okay, its a far fetch but a girl can only dream hey.
