Stacey and J Sbu talk about a different kind of therapy

It's time for another grown discussion.
There are many signs that pop up throughout your lifetime that will indicate that you are aging. Even if you don't want to see it, it's there.

The wrinkles around your eyes, the excitement you have for a Friday night at home and the sheer joy your experience when purchasing a new appliance.
These are the signs that you are leaving the teenage/early 20's phase and you are entering the golden age of adulthood.

And while there is no shade towards the young adults/teens, those were some of the best days of our lives, there is something beautiful about growing up and taking pride in taking care of yourself.
Not just in a facemask and bubble bath kind of way, but in a "get in girl, we're healing from our trauma"-kind of way.

This brings us to therapy.
The stigma surrounding therapy and mental health should be removed and having someone help you through your issues and hurt is a good thing!
Everyone should be doing it.

Especially considering the fact that 2020 was clearly a trailer for the horror movie that is 2021. It's not selfish to take care of yourself so we should be putting self-care on the top of the list.
But not everyone can go to therapy and there are some things that can create the same therapeutic feeling.

Stacey came to this realisation over the weekend that there are some habits she has that could be considered therapy.
She decided to share with J Sbu and after some banter, they wanted to ask KZN: what isn't therapy but FEELS therapeutic?
