The internet is shaken by this 'Lion King' discovery!

It is the classic movie that we have all watched more times than we can care to remember, but there is something that you may have missed from, The Lion King!

In what is the most iconic scene from the Disney classic, most people probably assumed that the entire Animal Kingdom had a huge funeral for their fallen King Mufasa before his brother Scar took over the reins as king. 

The reality of what potentially happened next though was probably more gruesome and not for what was our very young eyes. A man on Twitter has gone viral after stopping to question something that now seems so obvious, but that we all seem to have missed.

So, Mufasa dies, right? 

However, Hyenas don't usually eat lions and there is no other animal that eats lions... except for, other lions! 

Did we just ruin your whole childhood? We are so sorry 😥

There is a scene in the movie where Scar is celebrating his victory, twiddling an unidentified skull of an animal which upon investigation looks exactly like the skull of a lion. 

Does this mean that Scar ate the body of his own brother?!
