From a lifesaver to unemployed...
It's not every day that your boss does you dirty, but when they do, it deserves action.
One woman decided to tell her heartbreaking story of how far she went for her boss, who turned out to be "a bad apple".
Debbie Stevens is a 47-year-old divorced mother of two who was the victim of this unfortunate situation.
She filed a formal complaint with the New York State Human Rights Commission in 2012, however, this story still irks the internet to this day.

There are individuals who truly have hearts of gold - the kind that they'd hand over to someone in need, quite literally. And then, there are literal monsters. One particular woman took it a step further and decided to “gift” one of her organs to her boss.- IOL
"She just started treating me horribly, viciously, inhumanly after the surgery," Debbie Stevens told ABCNews.com.
A generous move was met with a horrific plot twist after the big boss, Jackie, turned cold to her assistant.
"It was almost like she hired me just to get my kidney," the worker shares.
Despite the fact that Debbie turned out to be less than a perfect kidney match for her employer, she still donated her organ to an out-of-state stranger so that her boss could move up on the organ donor list.

Her willingness to donate her kidney wasn't driven by the above but rather something extremely empathetic, "she simply couldn't bear the thought of Brucia losing her life".
