Summer is fast approaching and we know what you're thinking:

"I want to get into the gym, but I just don't have the time."

If this sounds like you, then Mike V has some advice for you. It involves short, targeted workouts throughout the day, which could be as short as five minutes at a time.

To help us better understand the concept, we spoke to Dr. Phathokhule Zondi, who is a Durban-based sport scientist. The good news? Dr. Zondi has confirmed that the science around exercise snacking has a positive outcome.



Of course, Science needs some practical application. To test the theoretical idea, Mike enlisted the help of Tori to put the science to the test. 

So, why Tori? She hasn't exercised in years, but agreed to give exercise snacking a bash because who doesn't love food, right?
