Woman sues neighbours over spicy food
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Clearly this woman is not from Durban. She wants to stop her neighbours from cooking spicy food!

This British woman must probably not move to Durban because she'd probably try to sue the entire city.
She has opened up a court battle to ban her neighbours from cooking spicy food. Joanna Louise Cridlin is an animal rights activist and she claims that the “strong overwhelming vapour of hot chillis” make it difficult for her to breathe, according to Mirror.com.
She further goes on to say that the smell of spices permeates her home for hours which “constricts her airways and burns her windpipe”.
She's also suing her landlord for ignoring her "legitimate appeal" for help. She says the landlords are “in breach of their duty of care” towards her, by not reacting strongly enough to her complaints about the chilli fumes.
If ever you want to relocate Miss Cridlin, Durban is not the city for you.
