According to Republic World on YouTube, the French Police on Saturday informed that the Eiffel Tower was closed to the public after being evacuated as a precautionary measure following a bomb threat
While the threat turned out to be unsubstantiated, the incident offers a glimpse into the complex balance between preserving the spirit of tourism and ensuring the safety of visitors.
While this is going on, Sky Tshabalala reminded people that the Rugby World Cup 2023 is happening in France, and Paris is one of the host cities.
