Meet your Last Kid Standing Week 1 Semi-Finalists!

On Friday, the 16th of April, this week's winning fourth graders will be battling it out in the first #KZNLastKidStanding semi-final!
We have been having the most fun this week!

But we aren't the only ones who have been enjoying KZN's most exciting spelling bee.
Every day we put three of the best fourth-grade speller's in the province to the ultimate test.

From wheelbarrow to puppies and everything in-between, we threw the toughest words at them and they knocked them down one by one.
Kicking us off on Monday with round one was Peyton from Athlone Primary School, Sadhil from Parkside Primary and Thandolwethu from Virginia Prep:

Round two had Zee and Latoya from Eston Primary and Tristan from Woodview Primary going up against one another, but who would take the top spot:

On Wednesday it was time for round three and Jake from Hillcrest Primary, Sphiwesihle and Jemma from Eston Primary went head-to-head:

And for Round 4 (which would determine our last semi-finalist for Friday) we were joined by Ariana and Lexi from Virginia Prep, and Suri from Westville Senior Primary School on the show:
